Every Song Has a Story

The inspiration behind Layers of Aura Music and our journey into creating original songs.

Have you ever heard a song that instantly brought back a memory?

Perhaps it reminded you of someone special, a place you visited, or a moment you wish you could experience again. Or maybe it was simply a melody that made an ordinary day feel a little better. That's one of the things we love most about music.

It has a way of becoming part of our lives without us even realising it. Sometimes, a song expresses something we've been feeling but haven't quite found the words to say.

At Layers of Aura, music has always held a special place in our creative journey. But we didn't want to stop at listening to the music we love. We wanted to create our own.

And that became the beginning of another chapter in the Layers of Aura story.

Why We Started Creating Music

There isn't always a grand reason behind a creative idea. Sometimes, it starts with a thought. A few words that come to mind. An emotion that stays with you.

A story you want to tell. And then you begin wondering what that idea might sound like as a song. That's part of what makes creating music so interesting to us.

A single idea can take many different directions. It might become something cheerful and energetic, something thoughtful and emotional, or something completely unexpected.

We enjoy exploring those possibilities. Through our original music, we want to share stories, feelings, and experiences that people can connect with in their own ways.

We don't believe every song needs to sound the same or follow a particular formula. Music is personal, and we want our creative journey to reflect that freedom.

Music Beyond Languages and Borders

One of the most fascinating things about music is how naturally it travels across languages and cultures. You don't always need to understand every word of a song to appreciate its melody or feel its emotion.

A beautiful composition can connect with someone thousands of kilometres away. A familiar rhythm can bring people together, even when they speak entirely different languages. This is one of the reasons we wanted our music to reach different audiences.

Rather than limiting ourselves to a single language or musical direction, we've created three YouTube channels, each with its own identity.

Layers of Aura — Music Beyond Borders

English & International Languages

Our international music channel is where we explore original songs in English and other languages from around the world.

We enjoy the idea of bringing different musical influences, emotions, and storytelling traditions into our creative work.

Some songs may feel familiar. Others may introduce listeners to something new.

What matters most is the experience of listening.

Layers of Aura Music — The Soul of Indian Music

Hindi & Major Indian Languages

India has an extraordinary relationship with music.

Our languages, traditions, celebrations, and everyday experiences have inspired countless musical stories.

And there's something particularly special about hearing a song in a language that feels close to home.

Through Layers of Aura Music, we create original songs in Hindi and major Indian languages.

We want to explore different moods, themes, and musical styles while celebrating the richness and diversity of Indian expression.

From songs that make you smile to melodies that invite you to pause and reflect, we hope there's something here for different moments in life.

Layers of Aura Kids — Little Voices. Big Imaginations.

Original Music for Children

Children experience music differently.

A simple melody can become a favourite song. A playful rhythm can turn an ordinary afternoon into something exciting.

And sometimes, a few cheerful words are all it takes to bring a smile to a child's face.

With Layers of Aura Kids, we wanted to create a musical space especially for younger listeners.

A place for playful songs, imaginative ideas, and melodies that children can enjoy.

Our aim is to make music a cheerful part of childhood while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and the simple joy of listening.

Three Channels. One Creative Journey.

Although each channel has its own audience, they're all part of the same creative family.

We enjoy experimenting with different languages, themes, and musical styles.

Sometimes an idea feels better suited to an international audience. Sometimes it belongs naturally in an Indian language. And sometimes, it's a playful little concept that would make a lovely children's song.

Having these three channels gives us the freedom to explore each direction without trying to fit everything into one place.

It also allows listeners to discover the music that appeals most to them.

And that's something we value.

We don't expect everyone to enjoy the same kind of music.

Some people love energetic songs. Others prefer softer melodies. Some are drawn to meaningful lyrics, while others simply enjoy a memorable tune.

There's room for all of them.

Where Fashion Meets Music

You might wonder what original music has to do with a fashion and lifestyle brand.

For us, the connection feels quite natural.

Think about how often music and fashion become part of the same memories.

The outfit you wore to a celebration. The song that played during a special evening. The music you listened to on a memorable journey.

Years later, either one might remind you of that moment.

Both fashion and music have a way of becoming connected to our personal stories.

That's why we wanted them to exist together within Layers of Aura.

Our fashion collections allow us to explore design, colour, and visual expression.

Our original music gives us another way to explore emotions, ideas, and creativity.

They're different forms of expression, but both are deeply personal.

And together, they make Layers of Aura something more than a conventional online store.

The Journey Ahead

We're still discovering where this musical journey will take us.

There are different sounds we want to explore, stories we'd like to tell, and ideas we're excited to turn into songs.

Some experiments will work better than others. Some songs may connect with a handful of listeners, while others might reach people we never expected.

That's part of the experience.

For us, creating music is about enjoying the process, continuing to learn, and sharing something that others might find meaningful.

Through The Aura Journal, we'd also like to share the inspiration behind our music, introduce new releases, and explore the stories that shape our creative ideas.

If you've already listened to one of our songs, thank you.

And if you're discovering our music for the first time, we hope you'll find something you enjoy.

Perhaps a melody that makes you smile.

A song that reminds you of someone.

Or simply something you'll want to hear again.

Welcome to the musical world of Layers of Aura.

Your Aura. Your Fashion. Your Music.
